All the Club races will reward point towards the coveted Short & Long Course Club Championship Awards that are presented at the end of the season. To be eligible to win you need to volunteer at least in one event within the season (volunteer points included).

Sunday 13th
TUFF’N’UP DUATHLON

Short: 1.25km Run - 7km Bike - 1.25km Run
Long: 2.5km Run - 14km Bike - 2.5km Run

Under 7 yrs: 250m Run / 1km Bike / 250m Run
7 - 9 yrs: 500m Run / 2 km Bike / 500m Run
10 - 12 yrs: 500m Run / 4km Bike / 1km Run

7 - 9 yrs: 50m Swim - 2 km Bike - 500m Run
10 - 12 yrs: 75m Swim - 4km Bike - 1km Run

DECEMBER

Sunday 20th XMAS “TRI”

Join for a fun Christmas event full of surprises! This time no bikes needed, as the three disciplines for today’s event are slightly different from the normal. Prepare to swim, run and have some xmas fun! This event will be completed as teams of two.

No club points rewarded from this event, but there will be treats and coffee after the fun!

JANUARY

Tuesday 26th AUSSI DAY RELAY TRI

Start the Australia Day with a fun and fast relay triathlon! The triathlon will be completed as teams of two, one completing the distance before sending the other off. Both team members will complete the distance once in the Short course and twice for the Long course.

Short: 2 X (200m Swim - 6km Bike - 1.5km Run)
Long: 4 X (200m Swim - 6km Bike - 1.5km Run)

Kid’s event will run as normal triathlon:
Under 7 yrs: 25m Swim - 1km Bike - 250m Run
7 - 9 yrs: 50m Swim - 2 km Bike - 500m Run
10 - 12 yrs: 75m Swim - 4km Bike - 1km Run
