Welcome to our exciting and engaging events tailor-made for kids aged 5 to 12 years!
Our focus is on ensuring a thoroughly enjoyable experience for young participants.
The swim portions are designed with safety in mind, situated close to the shore and easily walkable.
For the biking segment, kids should have the ability to ride independently without the need for training wheels.
All that's required to join in on the fun is a bike, a helmet for safety, and a pair of running shoes.
Get ready to embark on a thrilling journey of physical activity and camaraderie!

Encourage your child to stay left at all times while running and riding (and when they should use their bell) and to be mindful of pedestrians as the path is shared and can be busy in the morning.
If the designated age-category distance feels too far for your child, they are welcome to drop down to a shorter distance. Please let us know during registration.
Swimming is optional, but encouraged. If your child doesn’t want to swim, they can walk along the beach, stay in the shallows, or wait at the swim exit to continue with the bike leg. Swims will only be waist-deep, so children can stand at all times.
A helmet must be worn for the bike leg.
If your child swims without a shirt, they need to have a shirt available in transition to wear for the bike and run leg,
A volunteer will be positioned in the water. TRYstars will swim out and around the volunteer, then continue swimming until they reach the final volunteer. From there, they will exit the water, run up to transition, and find their bike.
TRYstars will ride their bikes along the path.
